Here are some bullet points on what Debbie and Heather might recommend or advise for each of the 15 mantras based on their expertise in creative wellness, self-development, and therapeutic art:

1. I did the best I could today

  • Reflect on one thing you’re proud of, even if it’s small.
  • Journal about what went well instead of what didn’t.
  • Create a small gratitude doodle or affirmation card to remind yourself.

2. I am worthy of love and abundance

  • Write a love letter to yourself listing your best qualities.
  • Affirm your worth by saying it aloud in the mirror.
  • Create a vision board with images of love and abundance.

3. I am confident in myself and know I can accomplish anything

  • List past achievements to remind yourself of your resilience.
  • Use colour therapy—paint or draw something in bold, empowering colours.
  • Visualise yourself succeeding at something that matters to you.

4. I have everything I need to be happy

  • Declutter a small space to feel a sense of abundance.
  • Focus on the present—write down three things that bring you joy today.
  • Create a simple “joy collage” with things that make you happy.

5. I love myself

  • Practice self-care by engaging in a relaxing art activity (e.g., mindful colouring).
  • Write affirmations on sticky notes and place them where you’ll see them.
  • Say “I love you” to yourself in the mirror—daily!

6. I am thankful for my family and friends

  • Send a message of appreciation to someone you love.
  • Make a gratitude jar where you write down moments with loved ones.
  • Create a scrapbook page celebrating friendships and family.

7. I don’t need to compare myself to others—I am on my own journey

  • Unfollow accounts that trigger comparison.
  • Write down your personal achievements without external validation.
  • Draw a ‘journey map’ showing how far you’ve come in your own way.

8. I see the beauty in everyone and everything around me

  • Go outside and take photos of things you find beautiful.
  • Paint or sketch a nature scene that inspires you.
  • Give a compliment to someone today (and mean it!).

9. Everything in my life serves my highest good at this time

  • Journal about life lessons from recent challenges.
  • Trust the process—create an abstract piece that represents growth.
  • Write a letter to your future self about what you’re learning.

10. I’m a healthy, vibrant being of life

  • Engage in creative movement (dance, stretch, expressive art).
  • Eat something nourishing while appreciating its taste and texture.
  • Create an artwork representing energy and vitality.

11. I release everything that no longer serves me

  • Write down negative thoughts and physically tear or burn them.
  • Declutter an area of your home or mind (through journaling).
  • Use expressive art to visually “let go” of old energy.

12. I am the master of my reality

  • Set a small, actionable goal for tomorrow.
  • Create an empowerment playlist that uplifts your spirit.
  • Visualise yourself confidently shaping your future.

13. I am enough

  • Make a ‘self-worth’ affirmation card and place it somewhere visible.
  • Remind yourself daily by repeating “I am enough” out loud.
  • Create a mixed-media piece with words that affirm your worth.

14. I believe in myself

  • Revisit past successes and remind yourself of your capabilities.
  • Sketch an image of your “strong” self—how would they look?
  • Speak kindly to yourself, like you would to a friend.

15. I am at peace

  • Breathe deeply while engaging in a calming, creative activity.
  • Listen to soothing music and let your mind unwind.
  • Create a peaceful artwork using soft colours and flowing lines.
