When we first started Art for Wellness, our mission was to spread the message that creativity is so much more than just drawing and painting. Creativity is everywhere, and it takes many forms. Whether you’re crafting, knitting, gardening, or even baking, creativity has the power to enhance mental wellness, provide a sense of purpose, and bring joy.
