Each session combines simple creative activities with mindfulness\, supporting relaxation\, emotional wellbeing\, and a sense of connection. \nNo previous art experience is needed and all materials are provided. Whether you’re feeling isolated\, managing stress or anxiety\, or simply looking for a welcoming creative outlet\, you are very welcome to attend. \nSessions take place at Tesco at Stairfoot in the Community Room and are led by experienced facilitators from Art for Wellness CIC\, a community interest company dedicated to creating inclusive\, supportive creative spaces that nurture wellbeing and belonging. \nThese workshops are about more than making art — they’re about taking time for yourself\, building confidence\, and being part of a supportive community. \n✨ Free to attend – booking essential\n 🌿 Open to adults aged 18+ \n 🎨 No experience required \nWe’d love you to join us for a relaxed\, creative Thursday morning. \nStarting at 10am \nClick here to book your place.
