Could Your Organisation Benefit from Creative Wellbeing Workshops?
In today’s fast-paced working world, employee wellbeing is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s essential. Many organisations are looking for meaningful, engaging ways to support staff wellbeing, reduce stress, improve morale, and create healthier workplace cultures. At Art for Wellness CIC, we believe creativity can play a powerful role in helping teams feel calmer, more connected, and more valued.

Who We Are
Art for Wellness CIC is a creative wellbeing organisation dedicated to supporting adults through therapeutic art, creativity, and connection. What began as a small collection of workshops has grown into a wider creative wellbeing programme supporting adults across Penistone, Barnsley, Wortley, and surrounding areas.
Founded by Debbie Crouch, Therapeutic Art Tutor, Artist and Author, Art for Wellness CIC creates welcoming spaces where people can explore creativity, build confidence, and improve wellbeing through art. While our roots are in community wellbeing, our workshops are also a valuable way for organisations to support the people at the heart of their work — their staff, volunteers, and teams.

Why Creative Wellbeing Matters at Work
Workplace pressures can affect confidence, motivation, relationships, and overall wellbeing. Stress, burnout, isolation, and mental fatigue can have a real impact on both individuals and organisations.
Creative wellbeing workshops offer something a little different. They give people permission to pause, step away from their usual responsibilities, and focus on themselves in a relaxed and supportive environment. Creativity encourages mindfulness, reduces stress, improves focus, and creates opportunities for people to connect in a different way.
You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit. The value is in the process — taking time to create, explore, express, and simply enjoy the moment.

How Our Workshops Can Support Your Organisation
Our workshops can be tailored to suit a wide range of organisations, including businesses, charities, schools, community groups, public sector teams, and support services. Sessions can be designed around your goals, whether you want to:
- Support staff wellbeing and reduce stress
- Offer a creative wellbeing activity during a team day or away day
- Improve team connection and communication
- Provide a calm, restorative space for staff or volunteers
- Build confidence and encourage self-expression
- Introduce a fresh, engaging approach to wellbeing at work
Activities can include therapeutic art, mindful drawing, mixed media, seasonal crafts, nature-inspired creativity, weaving, painting, and more. Sessions are inclusive, easy to follow, and designed for all abilities — no previous art experience is needed.

What Makes Art for Wellness CIC Different?
At Art for Wellness CIC, we don’t just deliver activities — we create experiences that help people feel safe, seen, and supported. Our workshops are warm, welcoming, and grounded in the belief that creativity should be accessible to everyone.
We understand that every organisation is different, which is why we offer a flexible and personal approach. Whether you’re looking for a one-off wellbeing session, a creative workshop series, or something bespoke for your team, we’d love to work with you to create something meaningful.
A Creative Investment in Your People
When organisations invest in wellbeing, they invest in their people — and that matters. Supporting wellbeing can help staff feel more valued, improve morale, strengthen workplace relationships, and contribute to a more positive culture overall.
